Gender and country filters are paid for with karma, points you earn for free by chatting. Karma has no monetary value: it cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money. BlogTV reserves the right to change how karma is earned and used, and the availability of features, without prior notice.

BlogTV may provide links to third-party resources. We do not control or guarantee their content, policies, or security. Your use of external links is at your own risk.

Linking and Embedding

You may link to or embed BlogTV on your own sites provided that:

  • You do not obscure or misrepresent BlogTV.
  • Your platform does not host illegal or pornographic content.
  • You remove such links immediately if requested by us.

Termination of Access

BlogTV may suspend or permanently ban users who violate these Terms, our Community Rules, or applicable law. Restrictions may be applied without prior notice.

We are not required to provide notification or justification for bans. Ban duration is determined by BlogTV and may be adjusted at our discretion.

Complaints and Abuse

Reports of abuse, copyright violations, or breaches of these Terms may be submitted via the contact methods provided on BlogTV.com.

Attempts to resolve disputes through harassment or illegal behavior may result in permanent suspension.

Limitation of Liability

BlogTV is not responsible for actions of Users or Content they create. We disclaim all liability for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost income, lost business, or reputational harm.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by South African law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of South Africa.

Any claims must be filed within one year of the cause of action. Claims filed after this period are barred.

In case of disputes regarding translations, the English version of this Agreement prevails.
